The Billing Change Report shows you at a glance, changes members have made in the way they pay their invoices.
Here we see that John smith had an incorrect date on his credit card, Tim Tern changed his payment method from Credit Card to ACH,
Albert Andres changed his payment method from Credit Card to ACH, Pete Pod changed from no billing method to Credit Card, etc.
To run the report simply click on the Billing Change History report. Then you can filter the report by searching for a member,
by choosing which employee made the change, or selecting a range of dates that the change was made in.
