This is a report that details which members have used the GBM AccessPass phone app to sign in to your facility and to determine if your members are signing in using multiple devices.
This allows you to discover if non-members are logging in using a members bar code. This can be facilitated by downloading the AccessPass phone app to the non-member’s phone and
then using the real member’s user-id and password to call up the member’s barcode through the GBM member portal on the non-member’s phone.
For instance: if there are 2 or more checkins of a particular member and the date is 9/10, and then they check in using a different device on 10/10 and continue to use the new device,
the member probably has a new phone. But if they sign in on one device on 9/10, a different one on 9/25 and then the old one on 10/5, they are probably sharing the bar code with a
non-member and the member should be reviewed and flagged.
By reviewing the report monthly, you can determine which members members have two or more checkins with different devices.
These members can then be reviewed to see if there is a pattern.
